The Spoon Man's musical show returns, Friday, March 26 at 4 p.m.
The Kearny Public Library announces the return of The Spoon Man on Friday, March 26 at 4:00 p.m. Jim Cruise from Jenison, Michigan is called The Spoon Man because he plays old and new favorite songs on kitchen spoons. His impersonations and costume changes match each song that he plays. Jim's performance will include a audience participation: a sing-a-long competition and an opportunity to play in Jim's Mountain Band. No registration is necessary. At 318 Kearny Ave. Recommended for ages four and older.

- St. Patrick's Day and welcome spring party Friday, March 19 at 4 p.m.
Museum Passes
The Kearny Public Library now has family passes for the American Museum of Natural History and for The Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Kearny residents, who have library cards in good standing, can check out a pass for free visits to the Museum or the Garden and return the pass the following day. There is no charge to reserve the pass; however, a $40.00 cash deposit is required when the pass is borrowed. The deposit is refunded when the pass is returned ON TIME.

Applications for membership in the Friends of the Kearny NJ Library are available at the Kearny Main and Branch Libraries or click here to print an application.
Meetings will be held at the Branch Library at 759 Kearny Avenue. Everyone is welcome.
